The purpose of the Quality Management Department is to manage a unified organizational framework that ensures the quality and effectiveness of the operations of the departments and activities of Cretan Healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obtaining the Quality Certificate from an internationally accredited Quality Management System Certification Organization is a tangible confirmation of our commitment to the consistent and effective fulfillment of the requirements of our patients and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Quality Assurance System complies with the principles of transparency and written documentation, as derived from the current standard EN ISO 9001:2015 (Certificate Registration Number: 01010245).<\/p>\n\n\n

Cretan Medicare prides itself for being the first outpatient medical center in Crete which has been certified with the seal of ISO 9001:2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISO 9001:2015 is a yearly certification that a company is awarded for establishing and following strict, international standards through control checks. This seal of approval is a guarantee to our patients that we uphold and follow these high quality standards throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EPAnEK 2014\u20132020 Operational Programme Competitiveness\u2013Entrepreneurship\u2013Innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The company IATRIKI FRONTIDA KRITIS MEDICAL S.A.<\/strong>, based in the Region of Crete, has been included in the action \u201cUpgrading of very small and small enterprises for the development of their capabilities in new markets\u201d<\/em>, with a total budget of \u20ac310 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the action is to improve the quality of offered products and services or to create new products\/services that address specific market needs. In addition, the investment projects may aim to reduce costs or increase the efficiency of operational and production processes, and the action concerns all regions of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total budget<\/strong> of the investment amounts to \u20ac200,000.00<\/strong>, of which the public expenditure<\/strong> amounts to \u20ac100,000.00<\/strong> and is co-financed by Greece and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)<\/strong> of the European Union<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
